Seeking an AR leader that can manage a bright team of AR leaders within shared services division. Manage monthly AR reconciliation process for close, manage AR to cash, bad debt, and monthly AR forecasting.

• Manage full cycle AR, billing, invoicing, collections and cash applications in high volume environment
• Software integration experience, (SAP preferred)
• Create trusting relationships with sales and finance leadership
• Create AR processes and policies, partner with IT teams to streamline AR functions
• Creates KPIs to evaluate effectiveness and efficiency of the accounts receivable function
• Evaluates risks, review AR bad debt accrual
• Explain variance analysis against AR aging reports

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
• 10+ years’ experience in accounts receivable processing in shared services environment
• Must have management of full cycle accounts receivable experience
