Shared Health (sharedhealthmb.ca) has an opportunity for a Director Clinical Digital Services to lead a customer service focused team in the Connected Care area including providing virtual and integrated access tools to support the delivery of health services Manitoba-wide.

• Have demonstrated experience creating operational service delivery models to meet service commitments and ensuring client satisfaction
• Inspire teams to provide exemplary customer service through transformative operational change.
• Expertly navigate customer escalations and collaborate with senior leaders across the Manitoba health system to ensure technology supports patient safety and care as the primary focus.

• 5 years of managing service-focused interdisciplinary teams in delivering and maintaining digital solutions for clinical health service,
• 5 years of developing and implementing annual operating plans focused on client service, and
• 5 years of influencing key stakeholders including senior management and managing assigned vendor contracts for outsourced clinical digital systems and solutions.
