The Senior Shared Services Advisor (Data Management) provides advises and recommends on the Technology, process and activities for Digital & Physical Data Preservation, Retention and Management.

• Advises on design and implementation of Data policies, rules and procedures.
• Advises and recommends on deployment of fit for purpose Data Management solutions.
• Advises on existing gaps for Data management requirements and recommendation on closing the gap.
• Advise and recommend the needed Data Management Technology.
• Advise and recommend the Data management operation standards and delivery rules.
• Advise and recommend the development program for the Data Management team resources.
• Mentors less experienced company co-workers, develop capabilities of team members and inculcate a learning and development culture.
• Ensure good service quality.

• Bachelor Degree in Science or any relevant degree
• 17 years of experience as Data Management expert in Oil & Gas operations
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
