In this role, you will be responsible for Product Management of our Application Platform, focusing on creating value and ensuring viability for our internal product teams. You will work in close collaboration with the technical leadership and help them streamline their work, building relevant integrations to third party systems.

• Build a deep understanding of our internal stakeholders and the products they build and support for our customers.
• Identify opportunities and issues, formulate hypotheses and ideate rapidly to deliver and iterate on solutions to create a best-in-class platform that exceeds expectations.
• Work collaboratively with teams and developers to align plans, unpick product related problems, and communicate changes.
• Collaborate with technical leadership on the product roadmap for the Application Platform team.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the platform is designed and built to relevant requirements. Be a product leader, sharing your work with leadership.
• Continuously monitor the product and platform, track and review metrics to ensure we keep adding value to the Application Platform for our internal stakeholders.

• Strong technical background. Substantial experience with hands-on software development, ideally in the context of a modern web-based SaaS product.
• Proven record of accomplishment in managing all aspects of a digital product. This should be throughout its lifecycle, ideally delivering large scale cloud-based services.
• Experience with product management and collaboration in multidisciplinary product teams.
• Passionate about building the best possible development experience for our engineers and enabling the delivery of products that delight our customers.
• Comfortable with complex problem solving and data-driven decision-making.
• Keen sense of business value and prioritization. We are building a true end-to-end solution, collaborating with other teams and the ability to identify and leverage features across the platform is key, as well as articulating the business value of such changes.
• Approachable, excellent communicator – presenting to stakeholders both internally and externally is second nature to you.
• A self-starter who enjoys and has experience owning, shaping, transforming, and delivering a world class product.
