We seek an experienced Director of Product Management for Platform Engineering to guide our technical teams and enhance our backend platform capabilities. This role involves leading product owners and UX staff, developing product strategies, and ensuring the scalability and performance of our platform.

• Lead and manage product owners and UX staff across multiple scrum teams
• Develop and execute product strategies aligned with business objectives
• Oversee backend platform enhancements for scalability and reliability
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback
• Utilize data analytics to drive product decisions
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain robust security practices

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field
• 10+ years of product management experience, focusing on SaaS platforms and backend technologies
• Proven leadership in managing technical teams and shared services platforms
• Strong technical acumen with expertise in backend technologies and Agile methodologies
