Qashier is looking for an amazing Head of Operations to support our growth! We are a dynamic and fast growing team that is excited about commerce, retail and payments, and the opportunity to transform these industries with data and technology.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and headquarters to develop and execute business strategies.
- Design and implement operational policies aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Ensure the onboarding process meets targets and maintains high standards of deliverables.
- Oversee the customer shared services arm, ensuring key metrics are achieved and maintaining high standards of customer experience.
- Manage internal operations to optimize customer retention.
- Be responsible for due diligence key metrics for our payments arm and ensure compliance with all relevant local laws and regulations.
- Supervise and monitor project implementation across the organization.
- Manage local inventory and oversee the supply chain.
- Act as a mentor and motivator for teams, fostering productivity and engagement.
- Utilize data analysis to generate reports on operational performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business, Technology, or Hospitality.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience managing a team.
- Comprehensive understanding of the entire customer experience with a proven track record of achieving results.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to deliver results supported by data.
- Exhibits excellence in attitude, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving.
- Strong understanding of the BIR process.
- Possesses a solid knowledge of network systems, payments, or point-of-sale systems (experience in these areas is advantageous).
