Bytedance is seeking an experienced leader from the domain of Media Sales and Agency with demonstrated success in managing large agency portfolios across both regional and national levels. The Head of Channel Revenue Partnerships will manage relationships in Philippines and will be responsible for scaling marketing solutions through this important channel.

  • Own, accurately forecast and exceed quarterly & yearly sales goals for yourself and your team
  • Working hand in hand with your team leads and team, to design and execute sales strategies that will increase share of revenue through partnership with agencies in Philippines
  • Strengthen relationship with agencies, with a focus on developing relationships at CxO and senior leadership level
  • Lead and partner XFN teams to structure and execute strategic initiatives across agency & key account engagement, product deployment, measurement best practices and other external focused business plans
  • Define agency account segmentation and mutually beneficial plans to unlock investments and help agencies drive their business priorities
  • Continuously innovate with your team to build persuasive sales narratives that resonate with agencies and advertisers alike, based on historical performance, market trends and successful case studies
  • Build and consult on full funnel marketing approaches such as branding, performance driven & commerce/sales; empowering agencies to leverage ad solutions, creative approaches, ad tech infrastructure and measurement solutions
  • Design and execute both scaled and focused agency enablement and education programs
  • Deliver weekly business analysis to identify trends, opportunities and risks that help inform decisions and refine Go To Market plans
  • Develop annual and quarterly business plans, synthesising market data, agency analysis and defining the overall business approach for the next level of success

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree
  • 5 years of proven track record in advertising & sales management; 5 years of strong people management experience with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Deep understanding and experience working with across the media & creative agency ecosystem, as well as experience working with their key brand and performance advertisers
  • Established relationships with CxOs and senior leaderships of large agencies and key global brands within Philippines
  • Holistic knowledge and understanding of digital media platforms, full funnel strategies and measurement of business outcomes

  • Critical thinking skills through a data-driven approach. Demonstrate the ability to analyse sales trends and digest large amounts of complex information to develop solutions and inform decisions
  • Success in continuously innovating and building effective programs that will help deliver a mutually beneficial business outcome for agencies and their clients
  • Skilled storyteller with experience communicating the benefit of digital marketing strategies to partners and brands, on and off stage
  • A sales leader who is self-motivated, passion to develop a high performing team and desire to drive hyper revenue growth in a competitive industry
