Our client is a market-leading global player in the industry
- Handle financial planning, reporting & compliance for the global operations
- Manage all the 3 conventional towers of the finance function (R2R, P2P, O2C)
- Develop financial models & work on the strategic business planning, for the center
- Work towards process improvement & optimisation
- Handle the audit function for the entity
- Lead the business transformation function
- Manage a team of finance professionals to ensure timely reporting
- Manage cross-functional stakeholders, across geographies
- Qualified CA/CPA (equivalent)
- 8-13 years of post-qualification experience
- Prior experience working in the BPO/Consulting is a preference
- Willingness to go the extra-mile to ensure processes are managed & streamlined
- Prior experience handling core FinOps (R2R/P2P/O2C) is a must
