The Senior Manager of HR Operations/Shared Services will play a central role in managing and maintaining Bonds HRIS ensuring efficient HR processes and procedures across the organization and delivering an exceptional employee experience. The incumbent will blend tactical day to day work with strategic thinking and planning and will be responsible for company wide HR service delivery including process and policy documentation and execution, benefits, compliance, onboard to offboard lifecycle administration, HR technology and HR data and analytics reporting.

  • Oversee and streamline HR processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance; Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
  • Manage and optimize HR information systems (HRIS) and other technology platforms.
  • Ensure HR policies, employee handbook and practices comply with applicable employment laws and regulations including LOAs, time off.
  • Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
  • Develop and supervise the onboarding and offboarding process for Bond employees ensuring a positive and efficient experience.
  • Oversee and respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, benefits and general HR information.
  • Ensure timely and effective responses to employee needs.
  • Partner with HR service providers and vendors with escalated employee or administrative plan issues- including health insurers and other service providers.
  • Ensure a flawless Open Enrollment and benefit renewals occur through benefit brokers by building out a detailed and comprehensive workflow and process for key HR Benefits processes, communications, materials, and resources to drive a best-in-class employee experience.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable government regulations. Timely reporting and adherence to legal requirements are critical.
  • Knowledge of external regulatory requirements to ensure all internal guidelines and procedures are compliant.
  • Responsible for Health and Welfare plan compliance filings including but not limited to EEO-1, ACA, 5500s, Non-discrimination Testing and FFCRA
  • Process and administer leave-of-absence requests, including medical, personal, disability, and FMLA leaves.
  • Effectively interpret FMLA and ADA implications related to leaves of absence and disabilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 8 years of experience of direct HR Operations/Shared Services experience with particular focus in compliance, benefits, and HRIS.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with an HRIS
  • Experience with UKG strongly preferred.
  • Superior customer service skills.
  • Ability to properly safeguard confidential data.
  • Ability to both manage and perform day-to-day administrative duties related to compliance, benefits, and HR systems.
  • Previous leadership experience
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
