As a Senior Marketing Manager, Go-To-Market on the US Sports Marketing team you will build world-class marketing strategies to launch, scale, and grow live sports on Prime Video.

  • Lead go-to-market strategy and launch for various live sports properties on Prime Video. Initially, you will be the marketing GTM lead for NASCAR on Prime Video.
  • Build & execute world-class 360-degree sports marketing campaigns. You will own the creation of integrated marketing plans with inputs from key marketing channel leads (eg. O&O, organic social, paid media, PR), product, programming, production, and other internal stakeholders that will help reach & exceed viewership and other business goals.
  • Operate like a GM with an owner’s mindset through the lifecycle of the property. You will be responsible for understanding and leveraging the full marketing toolkit we have available to reach viewership and other business goals.
  • Build relationships and become a trusted partner with the external leagues/organizations we work with.
  • Partner with various Amazon creative teams (eg. Sports, Prime Video, Prime, central brand) to develop creative campaigns that inspire customers, engage fans, and drive viewership of our content.
  • Dive deep into the nuances of marketing performance and viewership to uncover insights and learnings that will improve performance over time.
  • Run experimentation to learn and improve marketing results.

Basic Qualifications

  • 8+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience prior success in driving execution of large-scale project plans with multiple teams in support of business goals
  • A proven track record of owning marketing strategies that directly impact business goals.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Sports Marketing and a deep of understanding of the shifting live sports, sports media, streaming, and media industries.
