Our client, a well-known financial services advisory firm, is seeking a Sr HR Operations Director to join their team in NYC.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HR shared services strategies and initiatives, maintaining HR systems and technologies, analyzing key HR metrics and data, as well as collaborating with cross-functinal teams to integrate HR shared services initatives into overall organizational strategies.
- Bachelor’s Degree, required
- 12+ years of work experience within a global org preferably
- Experience managing a shared services center within a global service center
- Strong analytical capabilities
