Our client is seeking an experienced finance leader to take on the exciting role of Group Finance Manager, managing the accounts payable and credit management teams. Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, you’ll play a central role in driving process improvements, managing cash forecasting activities, and ensuring strict compliance with internal controls and procedures.

• Manage a global team – 90% UK, 10% US
• Lead and co-ordinate the annual SOX walkthrough and narrative update process
• Manage both internal and external audits for the UK
• Oversee cash forecasting for inflow and outflow activities, driving efforts to achieve targets
• Serve as Global process owner for SAP ERP system improvements for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable

Preferred Requirements:

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA
• Demonstrable management experience, ideally with global medium-large teams
• Working knowledge of SAP and familiarity with US GAAP, UK GAAP, SOX
• Willingness to travel (approx. 25%)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Proven track record in global shared services or finance operations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
