WANTED IN BONN, IMMEDIATELY, FULL-TIME AND PERMANENT SENIOR SERVICE AUTOMATION MANAGER (M/F/D) – GLOBAL BUSINESS SERVICES In our HR Services (HRS) service line , we offer HR services for the various business areas of the group worldwide. - Advising management on the strategic selection, implementation and further development of relevant technologies and describing their use in the HRS environment
- Collaboration with all relevant stakeholders inside and outside HRS, such as IT, HR, Data Protection, Compliance, etc.
- Implementation of PoC, tenders and evaluation of technologies
- Further development and expansion of the use of Oracle HCM and adjacent (Oracle) technologies
- Development and further development of the global HRS technology strategy and roadmap
- Technology scouting of new technology trends with high relevance for the optimization and automation of HR and HRS processes
- Advising HRS regions on the specific selection of defined technologies
- Independent coordination and processing of business partner concerns
- Taking responsibility for cross-departmental projects
- Implementation of projects for the introduction / integration of new technologies
- Studies in (business) computer science, mathematics or comparable educational background
- At least two years of relevant professional experience in (IT) project management
- Experience with agile processes such as SCRUM, Design Thinking etc. desirable
- Experience in digitization and automation of processes desirable
- Experience in selecting and implementing technological PoCs desirable
- Good knowledge of Oracle HCM desirable
- Willingness to work as well as independent and goal-oriented working style
- Dynamic personality with entrepreneurial and service-oriented thinking and strong analytical and conceptual strengths
- Confident and communicative demeanor, negotiating skills and assertiveness
- Professional stakeholder management and target-oriented communication
- Very good knowledge of English (Level C1), good knowledge of German
