For our customer, based in the canton of Solothurn, we are now looking for a motivated and committed IT Governance and Compliance Manager for a permanent position. In this key position, you will be responsible for the management and technical leadership of the IT quality assurance and IT compliance teams and support the IT departments in the areas of project and portfolio management, IT risk and quality management, and computer system validation (CSV).

• Management and technical leadership of the IT quality assurance and IT compliance teams (4 direct reports)
• Advice and support for IT departments in relation to project and portfolio management, IT risk and quality management and Computer System Validation (CSV)
• Development and further development of IT shared services in accordance with the IT strategy, including security requirements according to ISO27001
• Coordination and alignment of requirements with various stakeholders to optimally design the IT service portfolio
• Analysis and introduction of new methods and applications in the area of ​​IT shared services, taking into account costs, quality and risks
• Implementation and management of IT projects

• Basic commercial or technical training related to IT or high school diploma and comparable professional experience in the IT environment
• Further education in the field of computer science, business informatics or industrial engineering (university/technical college, university of applied sciences)
• Many years of experience in designing project and portfolio management in an IT environment
• Comprehensive knowledge of IT risk/quality management and computer system validation (CSV)
• Several years of professional experience in project management, experience in agile project environment is an advantage
