• Financial Systems and Processes: Evaluating, documenting, and enhancing financial systems, processes, and controls to improve efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in financial operations. Specifically, experience with large multi country ERP implementation(s) and finance process design are essential.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline financial processes and leverage automation where applicable.
• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to drive finance organization change and adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Collaborate with internal IT, ERP consultants, finance operations, and other departments to align finance transformation initiatives with broader organizational strategies.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the finance function.
• Finance Shared Services design and implementation is desirable.
• Finance Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and managing financial risks to safeguard the company’s assets and financial stability. Implementing risk management strategies and controls to mitigate finance risks effectively.
• Financial Controls: Establishing and maintaining robust internal financial controls in the design of systems to safeguard company assets, prevent fraud, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
