This is a key role within our Japan marketing team and the core responsibility of the role is to lead the development and delivery of digital marketing activities that drive direct revenue performance, enhance awareness, and engage with our target audience.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years progressive experience with demonstrated commercial success in Marketing and Digital in Japan and multinational organisations
- Experience in building and leading highly-effective globally-dispersed teams and inspiring teams to achieve challenging agendas
- Proven experience in digital marketing in Japan
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools and best practices.
- Proficiency in web analytic tools (Eg Google and Adobe Analytics), SEO/SEM strategies and content management systems
- Experience with social media management, email marketing platforms and online advertising
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data driven decisions
- Leadership experience, with a track record of managing teams and collaborating across departments
- Deep understanding of hospitality or large global businesses
- Exceptional communication skills
- Creative thinker and a passion for staying updated with industry trends and innovations.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in Japanese and English
