- Define strategic and operational direction of HR Shared Services, including defining the operational model, process design and improvement, systems of work and technology, team leadership.
- Define, monitor, and ensure the delivery of a comprehensive set of performance metrics that are relevant to the HR Shared Serviced operational model.
- Provides leadership and ownership in determining service level agreements to ensure all employees are supported at the highest level.
- Lead a team of HR Shared Services professionals to deliver an accurate and timely service including contracts, payroll, benefits, insurance and PIT for Expats and Locals, and to continually drive for improvements in the team’s performance.
- Acts as liaison between the HR teams and the HR Service Center to ensure that HR services are aligned with internal client needs.
- Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Oversee the deployment, usage and maintenance of the HR systems (together with IT and/or project team).
- Cooperate with relevant teams to build
- Minimum 7 years’ C&B experience and 5 years in management role.
- Profound knowledge of C&B related regulations included but not limited to Labour, Personal Income Tax, mandatory and supplement insurances.
- Strong experience in HR Digitalization and Transformation
- High level of English proficiency
- Strong analytical & logical thinking
- Problem solving & decision-making skill
- Ability to lead, manage and develop team members of a big team
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Good command of Microsoft office (word, Excel, Power Point)
