We are looking for a Director who is driven to get the best out of people in a team that has recently been set up after a previous period of outsourcing. A young team with enormous development potential.
People Services Delivery Nederland is part of People Services, the internal HR shared service center within Staff Function People & Culture, and consists of approximately 20 employees divided over three subteams: HR Direct (HR service desk and HR administration), Payroll and HR specialists. The HR Direct team is managed by a manager who reports to the Director People Services Delivery NL. The HR Specialists and Payroll Administrators are direct reports. Work is done mainly via global processes, but also as locally as necessary. For example, the payroll administration for NL has been outsourced to a local player.
As People Services, we have achieved good results by combining scale, expertise and more transparent service provision. In addition, many new HR systems have been implemented in a recent global HR transformation. The challenge in the near future is to balance uniformity and standardization on the one hand and variation and dynamics on the other: focused on our internal efficiency, but with an eye for rapidly changing business needs in a dynamic energy market.
- The Director People Services Delivery NL is responsible for the execution and quality of the work, in which you bring together the interests of the organization, the Vattenfall employees in the Netherlands, HR colleagues and the team.

- The Director People Services Delivery NL reports to the VP People Services and is part of the international People Services Management Team.
- You represent People Services NL in various internal forums and sometimes externally. In addition, (proactive) stakeholder management in the organization and the HR community is essential.
- As our Director People Services Delivery NL you have a clear vision on the future of HR and are ready to contribute to the growth and development of our organization.
- HBO/WO education in a relevant field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a managerial role
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in Core HR processes (HR service desk, HR admin and payroll) from a business or service perspective.
- Vision on further digitalization and automation in HR
- Focus op ‘continuous improvement’
- Excellent stakeholder manager skills
- Accustomed to working in a corporate organization
- Fluent in Dutch and English, spoken and written
