We are seeking a highly experienced and independent SSC Lead for our Jakarta office who will be reporting directly to the Group SSC Head. The SSC Lead will be responsible for guiding the local SSC team to manage daily office operations and facility management. The role involves collaborating with functional teams to deliver all requirements from group and business level related to the office.

• Lead the Jakarta SSC team, providing guidance and direction in managing daily office operations and facility management.
• Collaborate with functional teams and different business units to meet group and business level requirements related to office operations.
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring effective service delivery and compliance with contractual obligations.
• Oversee the strategic planning of SSC budget, ensuring actual costs align with planned budget. This would include considering factors such as cost efficiency, team capacity and other relevant variables in planning.
• Develop and implement country-level SSC standard operating procedures (SOPs) aligned with global policies.
• Organize and execute corporate events as necessary.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a leadership role within a shared services environment.
• Previous experience in an international industry is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral.
• Strategic planning and budgeting skills.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and resilience.
• Proven track record in vendor management and contractual negotiation.
