Leads the HR Operations Factory / Internal Service Provider for efficient HR Delivery across the Organization. Progressive and extensive automation of HR Processes for cost, scale and ensuring quality delivery of HR System & Processes.
Automated HR delivery
- Ensure process compliance and effective Service Delivery for all the centralized HR processes in the Shared Services – Hiring to Exit within agreed SLAs
- Ensure effective Benefits’ Management – Insurance, Flexi Benefits, Etc.
- Ensure System availability for HR Processes
- Progressively Automate HR Processes for quality and speed of delivery thru a Scale up model of SSC
Employee Data Management
- Custodian of Employee Data – Maintain and ensure availability of accurate Employee Data and MIS thru SAP
- Provide for Data Analytics to various HR Teams for Decision Making
Key Result Areas
- Progressive automation of HR Processes as per Plan and their effectiveness in the organization.
- Employee Lifecycle Management thru centralized HR Processes in the SSC.
- System Availability for existing HR systems.
- Employee Data Management – 100% Data Availability and Accuracy.
- Employee Query Resolution – timely and quality resolution on agreed timelines.

Experience
- 15+ Years of exp in various verticals of HR including exp in HR – IT
- Exposure in running SSC – added advantage
- Experience in Oracle environment
Qualification
- Postgraduate in MGMT / HR
