The Director, FP&A – Shared Services & Operations, will play a pivotal role in guiding our company’s financial health and success. You will lead a team of talented analysts and provide critical financial planning and analysis support to our internal management team as well as the Legal, Finance, HR, Procurement and Operations leadership teams. This role will partner with these organizations to develop monthly revenue and expense forecasts as well as communicate key business insights to leadership teams. Additionally, this role will provide financial oversight and leadership in support of Wyndham’s corporate cards (AMEX & P-Card) and travel programs.
- Provide budget planning support to Legal, HR, Finance as well as Procurement, Operations and Financial Partnerships teams.
- Manage Corporate Programs, including but not limited to Corporate Travel and corporate cards.
- Heavily assist in financial modeling for Procurement office, and provide key insights and financial governance that will inform decision making with vendor relationships.
You’ll be successful if you have
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables at once.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, especially to senior management.
Required Qualifications/Experience
- At least 7-10 years of relevant work experience.
- Business degree or MBA a plus but not required.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Oracle Financial Systems.
- Demonstrated ability to thoughtfully analyze data, assess and challenge results.
- Exceptional communicator with the ability to present concepts, recommendations, and analyses to senior management in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
- Ability to support and prioritize multiple projects concurrently.
