The GFSS Site Leader is a key leadership role within the TransUnion Global Finance team who is responsible for building a strong team and overseeing the effective delivery of key transactional finance functions globally from TransUnion’s Global Capability Center (GCC) based out of Pune, India.
Key accountabilities include building a strong team and overseeing service delivery of multiple Finance processes, GFSS stakeholder and service delivery management, creating a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence within GFSS.
The GFSS Site Leader ensure that the TU culture is established and fostered in GFSS with teams understanding the role they play in executing the broader Finance and Enterprise strategies, all processes and services are compliant with TransUnion policies and the global standard, regional regulatory requirements, and are delivered in accordance with the agreed customer performance and quality standards/measures. This role will partner closely with Global Process Leaders, GFSS and other Finance functional leaders to ensure efficient service delivery, create a culture of continuous improvement and ensure service delivery issues and resolved promptly. In this role, strong leadership skills and a profound understanding of what it takes to manage a service-oriented organization are the keys to success.
- 20+ years of experience within Finance Shared Services with minimum of 5 years of leading a Finance Shared Services team with multiple processes and overall team size of 100+ associates.
- Deep understanding of Accounts Payable, T&E, Invoice-to-Cash and Record-to-Report services and associated performance metrics
- Experience with building and growing a new shared services delivery site.
- Able to organize and coordinate across teams to ensure delivery of required performance reporting and service management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to effectively build stakeholder relationships.
- Proven ability to perform and thrive in a collaborative matrixed environment.
