  • Comprehensively lead the shared service center’s party political construction, ideological construction, organizational construction, style construction, discipline construction, system construction, and anti-corruption and integrity work, implement the annual party building work responsibility letter, improve the quality of the enterprise’s party building, and promote high-quality development;
  • According to the company’s strategy and business development requirements, coordinate the information and digital planning of the shared center, organize and carry out related project construction work, and continuously improve efficiency;
  • Establish a data quality management mechanism, promote data center construction, improve data comprehensiveness and accuracy, and provide data support for business;
  • Build a shared center operation management system, guide and supervise the daily operation of the shared center, and continuously improve the operation level of the shared center;
  • Deepen shared services, establish a user service system, improve service awareness, and at the same time, based on business needs, continuously optimize and improve financial, cost, human resources and other service levels.

  • Experience Requirements:
    • (1) More than 8 years of work experience in financial sharing or human resource sharing construction and operation, data governance, data modeling, etc. in large and medium-sized enterprises, and more than 3 years of management experience; (2) Familiar with national laws, regulations and policies related to finance and human resources, and proficient in corporate finance and human resource management systems and processes; have strong resource integration, communication and coordination capabilities, and are good at risk management.
  • Education: Bachelor degree or above;
  • Certificate: Intermediate or above professional title;
  • Age: under 45 years old;
  • Political status: Party member, with party membership of more than 1 year.
