Krispy Kreme’s Senior Manager – Shared Services role is responsible for leading multi-site teams that perform shared services functions for multiple Krispy Kreme companies, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and travel/expense reimbursement transactional activities.
- Lead the teams that perform daily transactions and month-end close processes, including recording and analyzing accounts payable transactions, accounts receivable activities, and travel/expense reimbursements
- Reconcile subledger data and perform closing procedures on a monthly basis
- Analyze multi-currency data and business processes (e.g. EDI) ensure accuracy and completeness, identify issues, and resolve exceptions across multiple legal entities
- Manage the annual 1099 process and unclaimed property audits
- Administer the P-card and Travel card programs
- Assist with internal and external audit requests
- Develop productive working relationships with various internal and external customers, business partners, vendors, and employees to resolve issues as necessary
- Evaluate, recommend, and strengthen internal controls to support an efficient control environment and PO processes
- Continuously strive for excellence, improvement, and best-in-class ways of working by developing informative, actionable, and repeatable processes
- Manage and develop team members
- Create, review, and report KPIs to assess individual and team performance
- Implement and frequently review standardized processes and procedures
- Continuously drive efficiency through optimizing processes and recommending new automation capabilities
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
- Experience with A/R and A/P modules in Oracle EBS or other large ERP systems strongly preferred
- Advanced skills with Excel
- Professional and effective verbal and written communication
- Ability to direct, manage, and develop individuals and a team
- Meticulous attention to detail and project management skills
- Strong ownership mentality over areas and work assigned
- Excellent analytical skills and demonstrated ability to solve problems
- Flexibility and adaptable to changing priorities
- Ability to efficiently work remotely or in the office as needed
- Ability to travel to various work locations or events/conferences (travel not expected to exceed 20%)
