We have a great opportunity with one of our FTSE100 clients looking for a Head of Service Delivery & Regional IT to join them during an exciting period of transformation. You’ll provide strategic leadership, owning and defining the end-to-end services defined within the service portfolio.
- Ensure the immaculate Service Delivery of Critical Business Services and Products
- Manage the technical performance and quality of enterprise systems
- Drive engagement with the business
- Identify trends and issues impacting service delivery, working alongside the wider management teams to remediate issues
- Meet and exceed SLAs and OLAs, through internal and external services supply chain
- Own and direct investments, alongside the CDIO and CTO, to support the treatment or removal of operational IT risk
- Support in driving operational excellence
- Oversee the operating companies tech investment portfolio, ensuring O&I impacts (cost, service) are accounted for in investments
- Maintain holistic oversight of the obsolescence risk heatmap and manage key risks
Experience needed:
- Demonstrable experience in a senior IT leadership role within a complex global organisation
- Strong service management experience and delivery of results in an operational or service delivery role
- Senior business partnering, working as a valued partner with senior stakeholders and strategic 3rd parties across a diverse operation
- Exposure/experience of a shared services operating model/organisation
- Application of best practice principles (ITIL & COBIT) within a diverse and challenging technology environment
- Strong leadership and a proven ability to influence and persuade internally and externally

- Experience operating across multiple countries and cultures
- Relevant certifications, including ITIL
