• You will have a direct influence on the business success of your business partners, by supporting them in the relevant field of recruiting.
• You will work frequently with your recruitment pendant in Germany to close deals
• You will build a high potential network of customers in your region in the field of Technology.
• You and your team are first responders for our business partners. You happily reveal your know-hows to others and position yourself within the company but also outside as an expert in your area of responsibility.
• In meetings with business partners you provide senior knowledge on the strategies and values of the PageGroup and seize the opportunity to cross- and up-sell
• Together with your team and your management you develop sales strategies to provide and guarantee sustaining success in your team

• At least two years of work experience in recruitment consulting, IT recruitment or contracting business experience will be plus
• Preferably a prior management position
• Fluency in German and English, and you feel confident in working with German customers
• Strategic and business-oriented thinking and negotiating
• Proactive, independent, goal- and service-oriented mindset
• High level of empathy and team spirit
