Goodman Masson are exclusively partnered with a listed Technology business on their search for a new Head of Group Finance. The role will manage a team of around 10 people covering management reporting, group consolidation, audit, tax, and treasury. You will also support the Head of FP&A/Commercial with any ad hoc commercial finance requests.

• Consolidated statutory and management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
• Finance transformation
• Audit
• Tax & treasury
• Shared services and internal controls
• Developing processes and instilling financial discipline
• Co-ordinate with the Divisions their input into Group Business Planning
• Varied, operational business partnering across various non-finance divisions

• Qualified Accountant (ACA / CIMA / ACCA)
• Ideally experience within a FTSE listed environment
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Excellent in Excel (Vlookups, Pivot Tables & Formulas)
• SAP experience preferred
