For a client in Rotterdam we are currently looking for a HR Shared Service Manager (m/f/x). As HR Shared Services Manager you will lead Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, HR administration and systems. This position reports to the Regional Director Shared Services for the Netherlands and Belgium.
- Leading a team of 4 direct reports and 40 indirect reports
- Setting up an HR Shared Service model for the Netherlands and Belgium
- Coordinating projects for integration and implementation of systems and processes
- Ensuring efficient and compliant payroll administration that takes into account the diversity of collective labor agreements
- Monitoring remuneration and benefits . Ensuring the quality of payroll administrations and aligning remuneration practices between different legal entities is crucial
- Supervising employee insurance, in particular pension schemes in various sectors
- Ensure alignment of corporate rules and policies across different legal entities
- Professionalize HR administration and systems processes and ensure uniformity
- Building relationships with internal stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple entities within a uniform system
- You have at least 10 years of experience
- You have a strong background in remuneration and secondary employment conditions, with knowledge of employee insurance and pensions
- You have proven experience in managing a large team and driving improvements in payroll processes
- You have excellent communication skills, with a candid, fact-oriented approach
- You have effective people management skills
- You have insight into potential wage issues and the ability to implement improvements
