Reporting to the CFO, the CSP Director supervises the various SSC France teams, bringing together all accounting, internal control and back office activities as well as the HRIS and Personnel Administration teams.

• As a true key player in the creation and maintenance of a high-performance shared services center, you contribute to the overall operational efficiency of the company.
• Multidimensional, your role encompasses operational management, strategic direction and coordination of activities to ensure the efficient delivery of shared services within Heidelberg Materials in France.
• Your central role is to oversee the day-to-day operations of the CSPs, ensuring efficient service delivery.
• As a leader, you guide teams towards achieving organizational objectives, ensure process optimization and promote internal collaboration with different business lines.
• A true agent of change, you support teams in continuous improvement projects, you ensure the standardization and automation of processes in order to reduce operational costs and offer harmonization of existing processes for all activities in France.
• As SSC Director, you demonstrate strategic leadership, understand the needs of the organization, anticipate market trends in order to guide teams towards achieving set objectives.
• You actively work with HR to create a positive work environment while ensuring the team has the skills needed to deliver quality services.
• A true agent of change, you promote adaptation within teams through clear communication on the reasons for change.
• You lead regular meetings with senior management to build positive relationships with various internal stakeholders, ensuring that their expectations are exceeded and agreeing on actions within the SSC and the company that will optimize processes.
• You also prepare regular reports for the General Management, providing analyses on the performance of the various SSC services.
• With the CFO, you develop and implement strategies aimed at growth and adaptation to the changing needs of the company.
• You manage the budgets of the various SSC departments effectively, identifying ways to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bac + 5 in finance or accounting expertise

Required Skills:

Proven experience in CSP Management or Accounting Management
