- Lead a HR shared service team to deliver operational support to all organisation institutions, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Oversee the data management, HR payment (non-payroll), and claims administration functions within HR Shared Services.
- Act as the Data Steward for HR systems (Employee Central, Onboarding & Claims) to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Serve as the Product Owner for Pfile Digitalization, managing vendors, payments, and Pfile server-related matters.
- Manage the employee lifecycle administration post-onboarding, focusing on contract management services such as probation confirmation, employee transfers, contract term conversions, retirement, and re-employment.
- Drive projects leveraging technology to enhance departmental efficiency.
- Manage, coach, and develop team members to enhance their operational competencies and handle complex issues, aiming to elevate overall service quality.
- Ensure compliance of work processes with HR policies and governmental regulations.
- Design, review, and implement improvements in work processes and system enhancements.
- Actively engage and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- Possess Bachelor Degree in any relevant field.
- Minimum of 8 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in HR Operations and comprehensive knowledge of employee lifecycle administration.
- Demonstrated strong planning, organizing, and decision-making skills to handle complex issues independently.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record in people management, with the ability to motivate and develop teams effectively.
