As the Head – Procurement Transformation, you will be based in Pune and responsible to:
- Drive strategic S2P procurement transformation initiatives within the organization.
- Showcase your leadership by working as a coach and collaborating with development teams, business partners, product owners, and maybe outside vendors to create a roadmap for achieving goals while maintaining an inclusive workplace culture.
- Implement cost-effective procurement strategies that align with company goals.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant procurement regulations and standards.
- Work closely with the program management teams globally to deploy a variety of process, people and technology projects
- Collaborate with internal and external technology stakeholders to ensure procurement strategies align with business objectives.
As the Head – Procurement Transformation, you:
- Must possess a minimum of 15 years of overall experience in procurement transformation
- Must possess an excellent global stakeholder management track record
- Should have a minimum of 10 years of Experience working in a shared services or BPO environment in the S2P (Source To Pay) function
- Hail from a be ready to relocate to Pune
