This role will be a part of Global Finance Shared Services Team, India which provides range of Finance Support services such as Controllership, Business & Ops, Corp FP&A, Treasury, Credit & Collection etc.
The incumbent of this role will align with Shared Services Senior Leadership’s long- and short-term strategies and work towards their realization. Will play a critical role in supporting corporate finance strategy, driving commercial finance initiatives, and optimizing supply chain finance processes by closely engaging with our stakeholders. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong background in corporate finance, commercial finance, and supply chain finance, looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
Focused on scalability, this role should aim to becoming the go-to finance and analytics support partner for the organization.
- Actively collaborate to understand the short- and long-term objectives of stakeholders in Corp FP&A, Commercial Finance, and Supply Chain Finance, and build financial insights to support these objectives.
- Spearhead efforts to scale up financial insight’s generation through predictive and prescriptive analytics by the team by leveraging innovative methodologies and technologies.
- Apply statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, in financial data and lead change as necessary
- Look at opportunities to expand footprints to various functions beyond finance by showcasing analytical capabilities
- Key Focus on Performance Analysis, Business Partnering, Cost efficiency & CI
- Drive team towards focusing on refining & standardizing reporting processes to enhance efficiency
- Utilize data analytics tool, including PowerBI and Tableau to extract insights from large data set and present findings to senior management
- Drive Global projects to optimize processes by working with stakeholders and IT Leaders
- Ensure accuracy of the deliverables through effective review mechanism
- Mentor & Develop team, fostering a high-performance & collaborative work environment

Building relationships and trust with Corp Finance, Business Leaders, Commercial & Supply Chain Finance Leader, maintaining regular touchpoints to stay aligned with evolving priorities, and providing stakeholders with valuable, predictive insights. Should be dedicated to delivering consistent, high-quality inputs across the organization

Basic Qualifications
- C.A / MBA (Finance), or equivalent, with 14+ years of overall experience, including a minimum of 7-8 yrs of leadership experience managing a dynamic team of finance professionals in a Global Shared Service environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to stakeholders
- Strong background in finance with exposure in different functions will be a plus
- Experience in Data Science and Advanced Analytics
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP & BW knowledge
- Working knowledge of TABLEAU, PowerBI,
- Bachelors degree in Statistics, Computer Science or Mathematics is a plus
