Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and as a valued member of the Senior Leadership team, you’ll have the opportunity to craft, analyse, and implement both financial and operational strategies. Your efforts will help maintain and deliver high-quality initiatives that align with the strategic plan and goals.

  • Leadership: Develop and deliver a clear vision for the corporate services teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and demonstrating strong leadership to support change.
  • Operational Strengthening: Working alongside the CEO with efforts to fortify the operational functions of the organisation, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in delivering multi-disciplined services.
  • Financial Sustainability: Provide strategic oversight of all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting; aligning with long-term goals and objectives.
  • Change Leadership: Understand the dynamics of change, anticipate challenges, and foster a culture that embraces innovation and flexibility. By engaging stakeholders, addressing resistance, and providing support, you will help steer the organisation towards its goals.
  • Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement, leading initiatives to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in ensuring the financial sustainability of a not-for-profit, government or similar large organisation.
  • Ideally CA or CPA qualifications together with a proven track record of at least 10 years senior management experience overseeing shared services operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and work collaboratively with a diverse team and broad stakeholder group.
  • Ability to motivate teams with a growth mind-set, fostering a culture of innovation, efficiency, and positive collaboration.
