Responsible for the management of the Human Resources Sharing Center

  • Responsible for the overall development planning, design, implementation and operation management of the group’s human resources shared service team (HRSSC), and building a service system
  • Responsible for designing and integrating the core business processes of the group’s SSC, establishing unified service processes and operating specifications, regularly adjusting and optimizing the processes, and executing and supervising the normal operation of the processes
  • Continue to optimize the HRSSC shared service system (systems, tools, methods, processes, systems, etc.), improve business operation efficiency, ensure the professionalism, timeliness and accuracy of SSC services, and improve employee experience and satisfaction.
  • Responsible for continuously exploring the needs of the human resources business side, continuously improving the service content and products of the e-HR platform, improving the data analysis indicator system based on business information data, and improving the overall digital operation level of HR
  • Cultivate a professional, efficient, and service-minded SSC team to enhance the overall team’s execution and professionalism
  • Bachelor degree or above, familiar with human resources and shared service related policies, systems and processes
  • Have more than 10 years of experience in human resources management in large enterprises, have experience in SSC operation management, e-HR platform operation, and human resources data management, and have experience in 0-1 construction is preferred
  • Proficient in SSC process management, performance management, quality management, human resources data management, and excellent data analysis capabilities
  • Have a high sense of responsibility and team spirit, be proactive and have a strong sense of service;
