• Responsible for the construction strategies of the business and financial middle office system, shared service center, etc., and the implementation of solutions and product iterations in the asset payable and expense reimbursement business areas;
• Responsible for the product architecture design, entity relationship design, data flow design, and functional structure design of financial products, and promote each functional product group to comply with the overall design;
• Responsible for analyzing accounting standards in different countries, studying accounting policies of enterprises in related industries, identifying true and false business needs, exploring product opportunities, and promoting product evolution;
• Analyze the long-term business strategy, combine the business plan with the current situation, plan the product target architecture, formulate a reasonable evolution route, and promote the implementation of the plan and product iteration;
• Undertake the overall product requirements of the product group, comply with the implementation of the overall requirements in the financial product line, ensure the consistency between the local and the whole, avoid duplication of system construction, and improve the degree of standardization;
• Responsible for demand management in the financial domain, analyzing product development status, identifying key product tasks, and ensuring orderly delivery of task results and reasonable resource arrangements;
• Improve the capabilities of product personnel, analyze capability requirements, identify personnel status, design response strategies, enhance team professionalism, and improve delivery quality and efficiency;

• Bachelor degree or above, major in computer, finance, management information system, etc., preferably with CPA, iCTA, etc. certificates;
• More than 8 years of product design experience, in-depth practice in financial business middle office, clearing and settlement center, shared service center, accounting engine, ERP standard finance, etc., and multiple product implementation experiences from 0 to 1;
• Familiar with accounting standards such as CAS, IFRS, USGAAP, and familiar with the main accounting processes and accounting methods in industries such as retail distribution and foreign trade.
• Have an in-depth understanding of accounts receivable and payable, general ledger, inventory accounting, cost accounting, financial analysis, group finance, etc.; Have strong product document writing skills, clear logical thinking skills and visual expression skills, and be proficient and flexible in applying various analysis methods and design tools;
• Proficient in different types of project management such as RUP and AGILE, able to flexibly apply business language and technical logic for efficient communication, experience in managing small product teams is preferred;
• Have excellent logical analysis ability, keen sense of purpose, flexible problem-solving ability, and be good at solving highly complex problems; 7.
