- Governance of GCOA (Group Chart of Accounts), including requests validation & approval, creation and maintenance of GCOA and communication with the key stakeholders
- Maintenance of GCOA guidelines & alignment with IFRS standards
- Strong control of GCOA creation & usage, ensuring GCOA accounts are properly used
- Ensuring consistency with Posting Chart of Accounts (PCOA) across ERPs globally
- Ensuring proper mapping with Reporting Chart of Accounts (RCOA)
- Exploring automation & standardization Capabilities, staying on top of market best practices incl. process and digital solutions to support it.
- Responsible for deployment of standard processes incl. key controls through effective change management.
- Responsible for continuous improvements in the processes deployed.
- First Point of Contact for Finance Community for any process or standard tools functional queries.
- At least Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting (at least 5 years in Record to Report area)
- At least 3 years of Shared Services or BPO Experience is an advantage
- Knowledge of Digital Finance Layer (DFL) is an advantage
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to audiences at different levels in the Organization
- Proven experience in effective change management leading role
- Advanced knowledge of SAP or Oracle ERP in FICO Module
- Strong sense of ownership, decision-making and self-drive is a must
