  • Improve the group-based and information-based employee service system, optimize SOP, regularly optimize and monitor the process operation status, and correct deviations in a timely manner;
  • Optimize the human resources employee service operation mechanism, including the integration of business processes, demand resolution mechanisms, service efficiency measurement, customer feedback evaluation, etc.;

  • Responsible for human resources data analysis, and provide data support for human resources business and BP, COE; including but not limited to entry, transfer, and salary accounting
  • Responsible for formulating and implementing basic human resources-related policies, systems and methods, and continuously improving the relevant system;
