We are seeking a Senior Program Manager (PMP) who will play a critical role in our overall strategy and success.

• Lead High-Impact Programs – Oversee the planning, implementation, and execution of programs aligned with our strategic objectives, working closely with senior leaders
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Coordinate with program sponsors, cross-functional teams, and program managers to develop scopes, deliverables, resources, work plans, budgets, and timelines for new initiatives
• Technical Guidance – Guide technical audiences, particularly in systems engineering, on program outcomes related to go-to-market (GTM) selling motions
• Risk Management – Identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects, analyze, evaluate, and mitigate risks, and produce comprehensive program reports for leadership and stakeholders
• Operational Efficiency – Enhance operational efficiency by automating and improving processes to increase the effectiveness of our selling communities
• Coaching and Mentorship – Provide coaching and mentoring to team members, fostering their growth within the organization

• Certification and Experience – PMP certification with over 10 years of experience in program management or program management operations, including at least 3 years in a senior role
• Program Management Expertise – Demonstrated ability to manage complex, large-scale initiatives and influence outcomes through relationships
• Technical Proficiency – High-level understanding of technical product capabilities and their impact on projects
• Problem Solving – Consistent and organized approach, with the ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and develop mitigation strategies for potential risks
• Effective Communication – Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of articulating, presenting, and debating recommendations with both executive and technical audiences, effectively partnering with all levels of management
• Matrixed Environment – Ability to thrive in a matrixed environment, managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Industry Knowledge – Experience in the cybersecurity industry is a plus
• Tool Proficiency – Proficiency in Asana preferred
