PlatCore is seeking a Director of Operations to play a critical role in achieving our profitability objectives.
As the Operations Director, you are responsible for creating operational processes to improve our client delivery and enhance our operational efficiencies. You will oversee our outsourced shared-services partners for HR, Legal, IT, and Finance. You will be responsible for timely sales order processing, renewal management, etc. You will have operational responsibility for key events and meetings logistics. The position reports directly to the CEO and works closely with other members of the leadership team to develop and implement strategies to support the growth and success of PlatCore. - Partner with CEO and leadership team to develop and implement operational plans and strategies to support the growth and strategic objectives of PlatCore.
- Manage sales order processing including ensuring all contracting, order forms, renewals, etc., are complete and processed through ServiceNow.
- Manage daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly reporting processes.
- Develop shared-service process and standardization for key areas such as hiring, on/off-boarding, IT management, HR processes, etc.
- Partner with leadership team to develop and implement processes and ensure they are followed by all.
- Process and maintain document control over standard legal documents, partnership agreements, NDAs, etc.
- Oversee outsourced shared services teams including legal, finance, and IT.
- Manage key meeting scheduling, location, logistics, etc.
- Other special projects as assigned.
- 5+ years operation experience, preferably in ServiceNow ISV ecosystem.
- 2+ years managing outsourced functions such as IT, finance, HR.
- Proven work experience as a Sr Mgr / Director of Operations, Finance, or another mid-level role.
- Strong analytical, process, and project management skills.
- BS degree in business or relevant field.
- Ability to work remotely, with potential travel time up to 10%.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
