As a Senior Strategy Manager, you will be leading the development and execution of the Global Business Services strategy, planning and deployment initiatives across the organization.

• Craft a roadmap for Global Business Services strategy execution, effectively driving the formulation and implementation of strategies and objectives
• Create powerful narratives, plan and link digital strategic elements to create expansion possibilities, identifying opportunities, analysing trends and leading discussions on sourcing and development strategy
• Own and lead key workshops linked to the strategy preparation and execution
• Manage strategy cycle governance, ensuring the strategic planning process is well-defined, communicated, and executed across the organization

• At least 10 years of progressive experience in strategy, planning, and deployment of global business services, shared service centres, or outsourcing solutions in large and complex organizations
• Experience in operating model design, organisational design and effectiveness
• Proven track record of leading and managing cross-functional teams, projects, and programs in a matrixed environment
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the GBS best practices, trends, and benchmarks
• Skilled communicator who excels at presenting strategies to stakeholders
• English proficiency at C1 level
• Based in the EU
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, management, or a related field; Master’s degree desirable
