• Lead the Finance Shared Service footprint expansion project for Purchase to Pay process.
• Parallelly run the AP activities transfer projects for multiple BU/locations simultaneously.
• Interview the internal clients, collect the business needs and pain points.
• Transfer scope alignment and workload assessment, resource deployment
• Document AP workflow and process in local plants and redesign the workflow and SOP for activities transferred from local to finance shared service
• Internal control risk elimination and continuous productivity improvement
• Knowledge transfer training and training to AP clients in local plants on the new procedures.
• Monitor the project schedule, log the project & process issue, escalate, and follow up issues, work out solutions to remove the roadblock.
• Coordinate with IT, HR to resolve the resource issue.
• Close communicate with SSC leaders and BU leaders to provide timely updates on project status.
• Work with FSS AP team to deliver the expected results.
• Monitor project trial run before go live.
• Go live communication and lessons learned
• Complete and administer customer survey
• Measure performance against success criteria

• Bachelor/College degree in accounting or related major.
• Above 8 years AP working experience with manufacture sites is preferred.
• Project experience on finance shared service footprint expansion is a must.
• SAP experience is a must.
• Good English in both writing and speaking.
• Proficiency with MS office, especially excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong responsibility, team-work spirit and quick-learner
• Result-oriented and process driven.
• Strong capability to work under pressure.
