- Manage team performance (set goals and KPIs, monitor performance, support staff development)
- Identify training and development needs and develop a training/coaching plan in collaboration with the training specialist
- Lead the team in implementing new processes, tools and best practices
- Work on succession planning, identifying high potentials in the team and developing them for higher profile roles
- Manage relationships with teams in the Shared Service Center – Middle Office, Reporting Record and Accounts Payable
- Contribute to a culture of continuous process improvement
- Implement a culture of autonomy, resolution and customer service in a continuous learning environment
- Be responsible and execute process controls
We are looking for graduates in Economics with more than 10 years of experience in OTC and exposure to leading large teams in multicultural environments. It will be important to have an advanced level of English and previous experience in collections and billing.
