An automotive company is looking for a Recruitment and Selection Manager! Work area: Ocoyoacac (Tlazala), State of Mexico and eventually Naucalpan.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, economic administrative career.
- Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations, Psychology, or similar.
Experience in the position:
- 3 to 5 years as Head of Talent Attraction, with a work team of 3 to 5 recruiters with controlled rotation.
- Coverage of 40 administrative and operational vacancies in Monterrey, Guadalajara, Tlazala and Naucalpan).
Necessary and essential knowledge:
- Rotation analysis, retention strategy proposal.
- Recruitment strategy.
- Interpretation of job descriptions and/or designs of these with internal users, market and comparative research for analysis, recruitment sources, interpretation of psychometric tests, Assessment bases.
- Ability to analyze and distribute vacancy coverage to the team.
- Preparation of candidate feasibility reports.
- Income monitoring, onboarding evaluation, creation of files, first month evaluation.
Other essential requirements to avoid rejections:
- Availability to constantly travel to Monterrey, Guadalajara, Tlazala and Naucalpan.
- With business vision for an HR / R&S area that provides shared services to the areas.
- Knowledge as a HR generalist.
