Vice President of Operations. Arcadian has a unique opportunity to join our Senior Leadership team. This newly created position will be responsible for the planning and implementing of a collection of key back-office business operations for Arcadian. This position will oversee multiple operational functions, staff, and initiatives, ensuring efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet current and future needs of the organization.
Senior Team Member. Serve as business and thought partner to the CEO and peer senior leadership team members. Collaborates with this executive team to align operations with Arcadian goals and objectives.
Leadership. Establishes and communicates the strategic direction of multiple company functional areas, including Procurement, Project Management, IT, and other core, back-office business operations.
Operational Oversight. Implements many operations-related policies, practices, standards, and security measures to assure effective and consistent support.
Shared Service Model Optimization. Define and implement a shared-service model that includes an operations strategy, structure, and process that aligns with the company’s growth objectives and ensures the efficient delivery of infrastructure projects.
Process Improvement. Lead process improvement initiatives to optimize workflow and reduce costs.
Reporting and Analytics. Set and monitor key performance indicators and establish benchmarks for operational excellence.
Culture. Foster a culture of teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- A bachelor’s degree in business or a similar field is required.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience overseeing multiple departments within an organization, such as Procurement, Project Management, and IT.
- Strong communication, planning, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a growing, change-laden environment with high cross-functional collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to set overall operational strategy and drive associated process improvement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, OneNote, Excel, and other operational and business reporting and metrics tools.
