As our Head of Project Management, you will facilitate and enable product development in line with the portfolio and category objectives. You will be the PMO lead of 3 project managers responsible for project execution across the segments embracing hardware and software disciplines.

Portfolio Management (Product):

• Lead portfolio planning (road mapping) to visualize & manage development and launch timelines through clear stage gate planning.
• Manage project resources to drive successful outcomes and project deliveries.
• Enable clarity on product objectives to facilitate distinct product development and production prioritization in alignment with overall portfolio and category strategies.
• Support Product Life Cycle management from ideation to end-of-life, constantly reviewing cost and feasibility in alignment with portfolio and category strategies.
• Lead and develop all aspects of shared services required to shape and create the product portfolio, including the shared processes with external and internal partners/service providers.
• Enhance project management capabilities and lead the Project Leader Team that facilitates product development while maintaining an agile product team culture.

Performance Management:

• Monitor and report on the ability to supply and maintain strong portfolio performance in line with market needs.
• Implement measures to enhance development and operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Build a data-centric approach to drive fast and accurate decision-making to improve how we deliver products to our customers.

People Management:

• Lead and develop a high-performing team ensuring employee motivation and capabilities to meet business goals.
