The main missions of the Accounting and Consolidation Director…

• Define and update the association’s accounting standards,
• Functionally manage the network of Accounting-Payroll Shared Service Center Directors,
• Monitor the accounting regulations applicable to the association, document them and distribute them internally,
• Ensure the consolidation of accounts, budgets, periodic reporting and verify their consistency. Since the association is not subject to consolidation accounting rules, this work consists of a summation of the accounts of our various establishments, by sector of activity and/or by region, with the elimination of certain internal flows,
• Ensure the analysis of consolidated data and comment on them for internal management and governance bodies, relying where appropriate on the conclusions of national or regional management control,
• Update financial processes,
• Ensure certain related administrative tasks. You supervise an employee and can rely on the network of regional RAFs and CSP accounting payroll directors.

• With a minimum of 5 years of training in Bac +5 or more (business school, master 2, chartered accountant), the Accounting and Consolidation Director has at least 10 years of experience in finance functions (management control or accounting management), ideally in the medico-social or health sector.
• You have solid skills in accounting, finance and management, you have analytical and synthesis skills, a certain interpersonal sense and know how to work in a multi-site environment.
• You master the accounting and financial specificities.
• Knowledge of the tax regulations applicable to associations would be a plus.
