As the person responsible for the adaptation and operation of the qualification service scenario, sort out the differentiated scenarios of this business delivery, design and build the shared service organization-level delivery plan, and participate in the design and operation of the shared service package of this module.

  • HR policy formulation to implementation: Deeply understand the company’s non-employee personnel leasing establishment and operation management regulations, deeply participate in the full-function team operation, be responsible for the delivery process of non-employee personnel leasing business from the delivery perspective, and organize and design the shared service lanes, be responsible for developing and optimizing the shared service package of non-employee personnel leasing based on policies, and establish clear and executable normative checklists/SOPs and other kits based on process rules to ensure the consistency of the company’s non-employee personnel leasing management requirements;
  • Delivery management: For non-employee personnel leasing at all levels of the company, be responsible for designing delivery models and organizational formations, establish a quality management system for SSC group control activities in the process, organize high-quality resources to deliver business according to the process, act in accordance with the “law”, be responsible for compliance with rules, business authenticity and data accuracy, and achieve delivery quality, efficiency, experience, and compliance goals.
  • Operation improvement: Through the operation of the full-function team, identify the content and methods of operation from the delivery perspective, and work with COE to establish an operational indicator system for non-employee personnel leasing; through problem management of service delivery, continuously promote policy, process, data, and IT delivery optimization and improvement in the full-function team operation.
  • Standardization and digitalization: By combing typical scenarios, identifying differences in rules and templates, solidifying standards, quickly building capabilities, driving IT construction, and ultimately achieving true integration of business, processes, and IT.
  • Team management and capacity building: Responsible for team management and capacity building, decomposing team goals and effectively managing through performance tools, motivating and retaining key employees, and building a good organizational atmosphere.
  • More than 10 years of work experience, including 5 years of human resources work experience (previously worked in a large company is preferred);
  • Have experience in human resources comprehensive module work and HRSSC shared service delivery and operation experience;
  • Have team management experience and project operation management experience;
  • General abilities: Have good customer service awareness and communication skills; strong learning ability, good at independent thinking, strong optimization and improvement awareness, sunny mentality, and strong stress resistance;
  • Proficient in office, especially excel, and have certain data analysis capabilities
  • Knowledge: Master professional knowledge of human resource management, be familiar with organizational behavior, psychology, sociology and other related human resource knowledge, and be familiar with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Skills: Have strong writing and communication skills; have the ability to formulate and implement plans; have data analysis and judgment skills.
  • Abilities: Business understanding, insight, project or process operation, communication and coordination skills.
  • Have 5 years or more of experience in the comprehensive field of human resources.
