- Lead local ministry/entity teams in productivity and benchmarking initiatives
- Develop benchmarking goals to implement best practice in the Division.
- Propose recommendations for achieving financial goals using labor initiatives
- Provide financial analysis for labor efficiency plans
- Develop analytical reports to assist in enhancing process improvements and in increasing efficiencies
- Serve as a key contact to clinical service line and divisional leaders
- Be responsible for developing financial plans, budgets, and support for month-end review of productivity reporting
Required Qualifications For This Position Include
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or another closely related field of study
- 8+ years of closely related finance experience
Preferred Qualifications For This Position Include
- Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or another related business field of study
- Certified Public Accountant, HFMS or FACHE certifications
- 5+ years of experience working in productivity and / or benchmarking
