PostNord Strålfors is now looking for a communicative and goal-oriented Head of Shared Service Finance. In the role, you will plan and lead the strategic and operational work within the department. You will also actively drive improvement work for current processes and systems.

• Lead, motivate and develop a large and committed finance team of 12 people
• Responsible for developing processes through system support, development and automation
• Establish and quality-assure budget, forecast, cash flow and liquidity forecasts
• Ensure that current regulations and guidelines in economics and finance are complied with
• Manage and take responsibility for declaration and tax issues
• Based on market requirements, identify the competence need within the area of ​​responsibility and ensure this need through staff development or recruitment
• Responsible for preparing monthly and annual accounts and annual report
• Ensure correct internal and external reporting to the group and authorities (IFRS)

• Solid knowledge and experience in developing and running efficiency improvement processes in larger organizations
• Experience and strong knowledge of tax and VAT regulations
• Used to handling and negotiating agreements and contracts
• Clear and communicative leader who is used to leading larger teams
