Global Process Manager – Record to Report (R2R) is responsible for the process management and governance of the R2R environment in accordance with Zoetis policies and procedures. This position plays a key role to establish and maintain SAP and BlackLine functionalities that supports diligent execution of R2R routines across Zoetis.

• Expertise in SAP/R2R technical functionalities, management of chart of accounts, profit/cost centers, business areas, t-codes, hierarchies, SAP tables (GL, AP, AR, FA) and related matters regarding ERP technical structure and governance.
• Maintain Major-Minor table for submission of Trial Balance from SAP to HFM.
• Establish monthly routine reviews of Zoetis R2R chart of accounts ensuring lean structure and updating any new Monetary accounts in Global Revaluation variant.
• Maintain average rates in SAP on a monthly basis and budget rates on yearly basis.
• Support organization with Balance carry forward process.
• Responsible for preparing global manual journal entries integrity controls by extracting and analyzing t-codes, park and post exceptions and discuss validations with SOX/KPMG teams.
• Support and enhance GL accounts/cost center creation process.
• Perform reviews over SAP R2R data and combine into analytical views and reports to identify process and simplification opportunities.
• System administration of BlackLine Account Reconciliation, ensuring appropriate account set up and extracts from SAP, driving technical guidance and training to the organization; Support the implementation of additional modules, including Task Management, Variances Analysis, Journal Entries and Transaction Matching
• Close relationship with ZTD to address open tickets, align priorities and ensure appropriate execution by validating all changes prior to moving to Production environment.
• Support integration projects by providing technical guidance related to R2R processes.
• Support Operational teams during close in resolving accounting errors and opening and closing accounting periods to guaranty a timely close.
• Implement and track key performance indicators, set up continuous monitoring reviews and drive action plans to improve global R2R performance.
• Participation in multi-functional project with focus on ensuring strategic finance flows are correctly defined.
• Map, design and formalize process flows through SOP’s, accounting policies and disclosures to ensure global adherence to R2R standards.
• Explore and support process standardization and consolidation opportunities in ZFS.
• Service the performance reporting needs of Zoetis Financial Services (ZFS) global organization.
• Understanding of data related business processes and performance management and representing different dataset and analysis visually in the most intuitive and aesthetic manner.
• Supporting agile development of reporting suites in Power BI.
• Co-design IT tools that will support data collection process between SAP, BI, Excel, Power BI and automate the process globally.
• Identifies improvement opportunities within delivered processes.
• Partnering with business stakeholders to understand the business drivers and develop intuitive and actionable visual analytics and reporting solutions.
• Designing, developing and maintaining queries pulling data from multiple data sources, including associated performance tuning.

• Minimum 2 years of work experience, preferably in finance shared services environment or performance reporting area
• Bachelors in finance related degree – preferably in accounting.
• 7+ years of professional experience in Finance, Accounting or Finance Project Management with proven results in process improvements and SAP implementations / governance
• Extensive experience with SAP-ECC – R2R from technology and governance perspective is essential.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, forms, automations, graphs, etc.
• Extensive experience to work with global stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• CPA/ LEAN/ Six Sigma or other professional certification desired
• Proficiency in English is a must.
